@@MichaelEhline 🤓 I'm not a lawyer, clearly. However the young lady says she should be able to use the meal plan that she paid for. That is correct. She can no one is stopping her. I lived on campus before and I believe unless you have a (I assume) medical or health reason why you can't go get your food it won't be delivered to you. My campus didn't care if I never used the plan. She doesn't want to leave her protest TO get her food. That is her own choice. After a lookie the mandatory forced meal plan is socialism anyway and quite a few students don't like it.

Peter, Clement, Pierattini, Omo Jr., Does 1-30") proved that De Castro lied or was mistaken about being assaulted and battered by one of his victims because the victim of De Castro's harassment lawsuit was not even in the state when De Castro claimed he was battered. De Castro also lied or was mistaken about one of his victims being "tresspassed" in Denver: the victim was not in Denver. Nor did that victim "trespass" in New Hampshire and Boston when De Castro said he did: his victim was not in the area at that time either. Nor was De Castro's victim commit assault in Los Angeles: he was not in Los Angeles at the time De Castro said he was assaulted. De Castro also might have fabricated "evidence" that one of his victims entered the house where he was staying, put a post card with a threat against him, including her signature, in his window; his "evidence" was not accepted by the judge, which was a huge favor for De Castro but he did not and does not realize it was. De Castro might actually believe what he has claimed, which makes them not lies, but mistakes.

I don’t recommend sending any petitions to the court or judge. The court could potentially find Chille in contempt for flooding the court. I recommend petitioning the legislature to change the law and police procedures so there will be less discretion to convict journalists
